Payment

1) Non UK buyers please use paypal or bank transfer only.

2) UK buyers can use paypal, credit card via paypal, postal orders and personal cheques. Please note that personal cheques must have cleared our account before we can ship the goods.

3) Payment must be made within 10 days from purchase date. If payment is not received within this time the order will be canceled.

Postage And Packaging

1) Our postal charges include the cost of the packing materials.

2) We ship through Royal Mail or our courier depending on the weight of the delivery.

3) We are not responsible for any items which are damaged or lost in the post.

Delivery Times

1) All orders made before 2pm will be shipped the same day 99% of the time for a next day delivery. ( This does not include bank holidays)

2) All orders made after 2pm will be shipped the next day 99% of the time. (This does not include bank holidays)

3) No shipments are made over the weekend. Orders over the weekend will be shipped on Mondays.

4) In circumstances beyond our control please allow 5 working days for your delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Quality Fibres accept returns. Simply send us an email within 7 days of receiving your goods explaining why the item isn't acceptable. Then post the item back to us unused and in its original packaging and we will forward your refund excluding postage costs.

Please note all photo's wont be an exact match to the items you receive. Sample packs are available on request. You will be charged £1 per sample.
